Our Ladies BOOTCAMP  is a program designed specifically for women who have a goal of losing body fat and gaining strength!

We offer a comfortable “Women Only” class that supports healthy weight loss and encourages strength building.  Exercise and movements are appropriate for all levels.  We complete a nutrition program for the duration of the course.

Sessions start every 2 months and continue for 8 weeks each session.   Class times are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:30 am – 11:30 am.  We have 2 kids areas for children who might come with you to class.

Cost is $299.00 + tax for 2 months (8 weeks) and includes all the workouts, the nutrition program and additional resources

We know that trying to lose weight and get fit is scary.  We have been there.  Let us give you a group class of like-minded women who want to work out and not worry about being the only one who isn’t “in shape”  We want to teach you exercises that are appropriate for you and teach you how to eat right.  No diets.  Just learning how exercise and the right combination of foods can fuel your body to lose fat and gain muscle.

Our coaches:




Crystal Johnson, 41, is a Level 2 CrossFit coach and the owner of CrossFit Puyallup. She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She is married with a blended family of 5 children. She has 3 boys of her own, all born via C-section. She started teaching group fitness classes in 2005 that included step classes, bootcamp, kickboxing, pre-natal, and Spinning. In 2009, she started coaching CrossFit classes and doing personal training. In 2011, she opened her own gym in Puyallup, WA. She values the quality of life through fitness and has a deep passion for helping others find a better version of themselves with exercise and proper nutrition. She has experienced many ups and downs in her own health and fitness journey and strives to share her knowledge with others and make a difference in their lives! She likes to make people laugh and have a good time with their fitness!





Laura Romero




Rachelle Weins, 41, is a Level 1 CrossFit coach with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. She is married with 3 children as well. At her heaviest, Rachelle weighted 210 lbs in 6th She lost 60 lbs prior to having kids and has been able to keep it off and gain muscle using exercise and proper nutrition. Rachelle is a warm and supportive coach. But don’t let her smiling face fool you, she is a beast in a workout and an inspiration to many!
