Are you looking to jump-start your fitness regimen, increase your strength and get lean? Our BOOTCAMP classes help you do all of these things in a fast-paced, fun, and encouraging group environment!

Classes are a coach-led group physical training program. Every class is a different and challenging workout that has been designed to allow your body to burn fat and gain muscle without heavy weights or technical movements.

Each class lasts approximately one hour. Training starts with a combination of dynamic stretching and cardio exercises, followed by a wide variety of interval training. Training includes, pushups/situps, plyometrics, striking and various types of routines. You’ll frequently see bodyweight movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells and kickboxing bags in these workouts.  Sessions conclude with a cool down session.

Classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm

Monthly rate for BOOTCAMP classes is only $99!
