This class will teach new athletes the basics of CrossFit while identifying and improving overall fitness and strength. One month class that meets 3 times per week. Must register for class.
This class will focus on exercises and accessory work that will directly improve specific lifts, skills and strength in your WODs. Each week will focus on different skills/exercises. Not a regular WOD class. The class will also focus on mobility for those skills/body parts. Think of it like working with a Personal Trainer to learn how to control your body and activate muscle groups.
This class mixes CrossFit style exercises with basic striking concepts of MMA, boxing and self-defense. Striking drills are turned into CrossFit workouts so that overall fitness, core strength, and rotational speed and power are increased. It is a total body workout. Includes group warm up and cool down/stretching. Not a regular WOD class. Kickboxing bags and techniques are used in this class. MMA style, grappling gloves are recommended.
Teaches exercises to increase mobility and flexibility. Offered in several different formats to meet the needs of the athletes. Includes stretching, rolling, and some yoga.
This certified coach led class teaches age appropriate exercises relating to CrossFit. Ages 5-12
