14U Classes:

Each class will consist of:

Movement Prep, Core strengthening, Challenging positions and techniques, Drills & Skills, and Cool down.

Program Goals:

  1. Establish a strong athletic base
  2. Prepare young athletes to be successful in any sport
  3. Injury prevention by strengthening the athlete’s body in the unique positions they will encounter in their respective sports
  4. Learn the mechanics of velocity in every direction to build explosiveness
  5. Learn how to properly ‘warm up’ and ‘cool down’
  6. Prepare young bodies for the rigors of training
  7. Build stronger muscles to apply more force

Program Goals:

  1. Establish or build on the individual’s athletic base
  2. Injury prevention by strengthening the athlete’s body in the unique positions they will encounter in their respective sports

  4. Learn how to properly ‘warm up’ and ‘cool down’
  5. Build stronger muscles to apply more force
