We will be taking a break from posting our weekly WODs prior to the week ahead to promote the “unknown and unknowable” aspect of CrossFit!  The heart of the CrossFit WOD is NOT knowing!

Welcome Coach Rachelle to coaching our Monday evening classes from 6-8pm!

Rachelle has been doing CrossFit for 10 years and has been a coach for 2 years.  She has a fierce heart for people and fitness!











Coach JJ in the house for your WOD needs Tuesday evenings!












Coach Mary Jo will be taking over the Monday and Wednesday early am classes from 5-7am!

Mary Jo has been an athlete with CFP for 4 years and a coach for 2 years.  She took some time off to have a baby boy and now she’s back!  We missed her!



Come try something new!  Open to all CFP CrossFit class members!

No experience needed in striking skills and we have gloves you can borrow.  It’s a great cardio challenge!
















Coach Sarah will be your new Thursday evening coach!  Sarah has been with CFP for over 5 years and has completed her CFP Coach Internship program.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to our athletes!










Friday mornings will be so fun with Coach Julie at the helm! She will be there 5-7am each Friday!

Julie has been a CFP athlete for 4 years and has completed her CFP Coach Internship Program.  She is on fire for helping our athletes!


FRIDAY NIGHT HOPPER tonight 5 – 7 pm  All welcome!  Show up anytime between 5-6pm and we will get you started!  Coach led class : -)
