25 Deadlifts 115/75

400m Run with Med ball 20/14

*Time stops when you return from 400m run.

We are hosting the Pillage the Gym 2 Crossfit competition put on by our friends at CrossFit Decimus in Tacoma.  The competition will run about 9am – 5pm

Please come watch your fellow athletes compete and cheer them on!
