CROSSFIT KIDS CLASSES

Our CrossFit KIDS classes are programmed and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids ages 5-13.  And it's super FUN!

Classes are offered as a Monthly Autopay Membership. Discounts given for multiple children in same family.

1st Child = $90/mo, 2nd Child = $80/mo, 3rd Child = $70/ mo, etc.

CrossFit Kids class is a great compliment to all sports, homeschool or distance learning needs for fitness! Our classes are designed to boost confidence, strength and mobility in kids. We educate the kids in all areas of fitness and nutrition! Training is appropriate for ALL fitness levels.

Sessions meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4-5 pm (Friday is 9-13 yo only)

Age 5-13 CrossFit Kids Includes:

Kids will begin with a group warm up, move into some focus time on a particular skill set, begin their WOD (workout of the day), then end with a cool down or game.

Nutrition and healthy living is also discussed in classes.  All workouts are customized to each child so that they are safe, but also challenged in their workouts.

Our CrossFit Kids curriculum is designed to challenge and encourage all the age groups appropriately.  Kids will be well prepared for any physical activities or sports!

Ages 9-13 CrossFit “Juniors” Training Includes:

The Juniors will complete the daily workout that includes more advanced skills.  Coaches will modify the workouts for the Juniors and their individual skills. The Juniors get to record their WOD results on the main WOD board with the adults!  

This is a really incredible time that the kids get a feel for what real CrossFit is in preparation for graduating to CrossFit classes at the age 14. Many kids have completed KIDS & JUNIORS curriculum and then moved into regular CrossFit training with great success!
