Whether you prefer a personal workout, want an individual introduction to CrossFit, or are looking to increase certain skills, our Personal Training packages will meet your needs!

All sessions are 50 minutes.  Training times are limited to availability of the coach and facility. Personal training must be paid for in advance.  NO refunds for unused sessions.  Please see pricing below. Taxes not included in prices shown.
